“Did she Frizzle? No. Is she still a sweet little girl? Absolutely. Of my two chickens Karen, the Frizzle is a little more timid, but she is still a wonderful chicken who lays tasty little eggs.”
“I bought the Fun and Funky assortment previously and I was thrilled to get a frizzled gal. She is friendly, a lap chicken and very funny. She grabs my pant legs until I pick her up. I also received a Mottled Cochin bantam in that order. She is also sweet tempered and very bossy. She was broody so I allowed her to hatch a frizzle egg. The baby has smooth feathers and just as sweet as can be. The Mottled Cochin is a wonderful mother. I received 2 frizzles in my most recent order. It is too early to tell if they will be frizzled or smooth. Either way, they're darling. Get some!”
“Personality plus and easy to tame. Both turned out smooth feathered. Super fun to watch as they race around in their cochin shuffle. Both are cuddle bugs. So if you're looking for a lap chicken, these are great choices. I will always have cochins in my flock after this.”
“We have bought two of these in two different orders and the only issue with them is that you don't always receive a frizzle. We had one beautiful one with the frizzle on the whole bird then next one we ordered had nothing so you basically have to buy at least two and hope for one to have it. Which when you are buying for show birds and have limited space can be an issue.”
