She was shy at first but as soon as she started laying, she became so friendly and lets us pet her. She‚Äôs also one of the bigger of our bantams AND holds her ground against our standards too! She‚Äôs the best!”
“Okay, so I got a blue (mine is a full blue, not black or splash) and she is the cutest! She‚Äôs a little spacey and is lowest in pecking order but she doesn‚Äôt seem to notice or care. She is SO fluffy and likes to snuggle. All 3 of my silkies from MPC were sexed correctly and all 3 are laying (5 eggs a week) at 24 weeks! I couldn‚Äôt be happier!”

“The only reason I gave 3 stars is because my chickens are all healthy and alive one year later but they do not have nearly the amount of fluff that these photos show. Im assuming the quality is not as good? All 4 of my silkies have more like short mohawks rather than pompom shapes.. their rumps are also not at all fluffy and have a couple of "straw-like" tail feathers.”

On Monday evening around 6:00 pm I received notice that the chicks had shipped, and my post office called me at 9:00 a.m. the next morning to let me know they‚Äôd arrived. The chicks were all in terrific shape! Three days later they are healthy and happy little puff balls of joy! My blue Silkie is truly blue and such a fluffy sweetheart!”
