“All the eggs were labeled and packaged appropriately. We did have a few broken ones but still ended up with what we ordered since they added a few extra eggs to our order! Would reccommend!”
Thank you Stacy for your wonderful review of the hatching eggs you ordered. We are sorry to hear you had a few that were broken, but we are glad the extra eggs included covered the losses for you. We do refund for damaged eggs, minus any extras that may have been included, per our guarantee, which you can see here; http://www.mypetchicken.com/backyard-chickens/chicken-help/What-do-I-need-to-know-about-ordering-fertile-H69.aspx
“A beautiful rainbow of eggs arrived that was well packaged and protected, marked with the breed, and an explanation sheet of what the markings meant. Upon hatching, the chicks are already super sweet and friendly. I cannot wait to watch them grow up.”
“I'm so excited and worried- I had 6 eggs in the incubator from another company and received 7- eggs from mpc... I only have room for 12 so I have 2 smaller eggs doubled up but I'm not sure if they will rotate enough... 15 days to go and we will see!”
“This is our second order with this company. Our first order was 3 Instagram Breed Assortments plus we received a free egg and all 4 eggs hatched, we got 3 hens and a rooster. We couldn't have asked for anything better. This go around we placed an order for 3 Friendliest Breed Assortments and we received another free egg. We've only had the eggs for a week and can't wait to watch the chick's grow and hatch. We noticed one egg without development and reached out with this concern and this company replied the next day with great information. I highly recommend!”
“I order six eggs and received seven. I have hatched quail eggs but these are my first chicken eggs to hatch. A happy hatch of six out of seven healthy little ones. They are not a week old yet so I do not have anymore information except they eat, sleep and poop. Another winner for My Pet Chicken.”
“I waited almost a week after the scheduled hatch date (21 days) before I checked the eggs for life. I wait 30 days. Only three had signs of life. Two died right before hatch and the last one within the first week or so. None of them hatched.”
“I've been keeping a good eye on my incubator and the temps. But when I candled several of the eggs only three or four showed life. I got seventeen, counting the extra and mystery. None of the smaller eggs (bantam) eggs have any signs of life only a few of the larger eggs. I know it's because of the cold weather while shipping, but I was hoping som of the batam eggs would hatch.”
