Jazzy is a funny little chicken, very skinny, and a fantastic layer of medium green/blue eggs. She hasn't filled out like I hoped she would, but the barring on her feathers is beautiful. She gets along well with my other birds, even my aggressive Rhode Island Red, and tolerates confinement well, though she loves to forage. She's a really wonderful chicken

No problems wth these girls! They lay Extra Large greenish blue eggs. They lay well, have nice personalities, and seem to get along well with the other chickens. Neither of mine ended up with the head tuft, though. I love their funny combs! Next time I order chicks I will be getting more of these!

My little pullet looks nothing like these photos. The reason I purchased her was for the tuff on her head and she has nothing. Still a pretty bird, but looks nothing like what I paid for.

I bought a few of these blue-bar pullets to make enough chicks to ship in my order. I was pleasantly surprised at how fun this breed is. They are friendly and stunning to look at. Everyone has to ask what they are;)

This chicken is my only blue egger, and she does not disappoint. Every day, I go to the nesting box to find a little light blue egg sitting in the shavings. Jazzy, while she is a little skittish at times, loves to be held and goes crazy over parsley... she's just a great chicken.

Our Bluebar is our most friendly chicken of our flock. She loves perching on our shoulders. She took a nap in my hoodie before laying her first egg at 22 weeks old. She is sneaky, she'll wait to get a treat and comes from behind when our other chickens aren't looking. Very curious. She's at the bottom of our pecking order but super friendly, sweet and quiet. Very worth it.

I recently added a blue cuckoo bluebar to my little flock - and she is my newest favorite. She is active and curious and perhaps even "clever" on a chicken scale. She's a consistent layer of small blue/green tinted eggs. At first she laid in the nesting boxes, but after a week started selecting other spots, the far side of the coop, behind the coop. It's like Easter everyday seeing if I can find her little blue egg.
