“Our sweet little Cream Legbar arrived the smallest of the bunch. She totally makes up for it with her sweet personality! She's gentle and kind, at the bottom of the pecking order of our mixed breed flock, but seems to be fine right where she is. She hasn't laid yet (she's way too young still), but even if she never laid an egg I wouldn't trade her for the world!”
“I ordered 4 babies (cream Legbar, Partridge Olive Egger, Green Queen Easter Egger and Golden Laced Polish) and they arrived healthy and strong the day after hatching. MPC was fantastic to work with. They allowed me to change my order a few times without any issues and spent lots of time with me on the phone helping me pick breeds based off my climate and preferences. They shipped on the Monday I chose and sent me tracking that evening. I was able to see they had arrived at the USPS Distribution center 20 min from on Tuesday morning, so instead of waiting for them to be transported to my local post office the following day I just drove over and intercepted them. They were packed perfectly and warm chirping away. It's been a week now and all of them are thriving! Hoping everything is correct with Sexing/breeds but I do trust a company like MPC to ensure customers get exactly what they asked for. I will absolutely order chicks through MPC again in the future.”
“I ordered one cream legbar in a group of 6 back in May ‘23’ She’ happy and thriving, she has laid her first egg today at 22 weeks. It’s not blue! It’s green. I was quickly disappointed as I was looking forward to a blue Egger.
I have a group of three chicks ordered in July ‘23’ the Bountiful blue Egger so holding out she may give us a true blue egg. Our lavender Ameracauna July ‘22’ laid a sage green egg very pretty but not blue. I like this company they have shipped such healthy chicks but the egg colors are not true. Not sure why.”
“I was really excuted to get these chicks but one of them died within 2 days. Her eyes were not open when she arrived and I gave her extra attention but no luck. the other one is doing well and so are the two white frost legbars. This is my first time ordering chicks from here.”

“I love these chicks! I am a first time buyer of this particular breed and I’m so excited about them! Unfortunately, I have lost two chicks within the first 24 hours of receiving them. My experience with working with my pet chicken has been amazing in the process, though! I first purchased two of the cream leg bar and within the first 24 hours I lost one of them for no apparent reason other than it was just weak. The company proceeded to send me two more along with two of the light Brahma’s and I was refunded for the check that I lost , after I received the next two babies, the same thing happened one didn’t make it in the first 24 hours but I do have two cream light bars that are thriving at this point and I’m very excited! They are in a bit of a different age category… But I will win them together in the near future! I have given all information along the way in order to potentially help the breeding process with this particular chick. I’m not sure why I am only keeping one out of two both times but I know that this hatchery will make it right And it is definitely a different process having checks shipped out! I’m truly enjoying it, and my pet chicken has made everything right and taken perfect care of me as a customer! I am nothing but pleased and satisfied!”
