“15 female chicks arrived safely. had a 3 that seemed to have leg issues. called CS and was given advice on how to correct problem. 2 days later, CS called to check on progress and informed me that I would be reimbursed for all 3 chicks even though 1 seemed better. CS wanted me to know that they stand behind all of their shipments & were sorry for the extra effort I had put into correcting the leg issues. Could not have been more impressed with their integrity. a month later, and I have 13 beautiful babies. (I did lose 2/3 that were not well upon arrival.) Order with confidence.
