“This coop is easy to click together and start using. I have 7 large birds in this coop and they have plenty of room. I have cleaned it out 2x and it is a breeze. Very happy with this purchase.”
“Assembly was quick and easy (and a little bit fun).
It's easy to clean.
The chickens seem to love it.
It's secure and sturdy.
Basically, it checks all the boxes for what anyone would want in a coop PLUS there are no worries about decay over time or bugs feasting on the coop. This is a long term solution with no need to repaint, repair, or reseal anything, ever. Just clean it regularly, and get on with your life.
We built a stand for ours (the manufacturer even provides plans for a stand on their website) and attached a hoop house run, using cattle panels and hardware cloth (and a bit of wood, of course). We attached a plank to the base for a ramp, and we were up and running.
The only things I'd like to see with this coop would be a port or attachment for a watering system and feeder on an inner wall, and attachment points to make the coop easy to attach to a run. Obviously, those would be little luxuries. Anyone even remotely creative can design a run to go with it, or simply place the whole coop inside a run.
We have zero regrets about buying this coop, and if I had the money, I'd buy 2 more. My days of designing and building my own coops from scratch are over. I just can't beat this one.”
“I LOVE this coop! It is pricey, but you get what you pay for. My son in law and I popped it together in 10 minutes. Then my husband and I built a 12x12 run around the coop and followed the instructions for building a platform. My 6 girls fit perfectly inside at night with room to spare. What I love most is that it is SO EASY to clean! I just pull the drawers out, take out the soiled shavings and add fresh. I imagine I will appreciate this even more when winter rolls around. I highly recommend this coop!!”
“The house was easy enough to put together. Not nearly large enough for my 7 Amberlink chickens. They are a light weight breed. The size of leghorns.
The tops to the nest boxes, which I thought to be hinged, are not easy to lift enough to get to eggs, end up having to take them off. Then you end up with one hand holding it. Also not easy to attach an automatic door.
All in all, for the money I am very dissatisfied.”
