“We ordered 2 Runners and 2 White Duclairs. Unfortunately two did not survive the transport (very far coast to coast transport). Customer service was excellent, very prompt with returning emails/chats regarding the chicks that did not make it, as well as helping to identify which two did make it. We were given the choice of a refund or new ducklings to be shipped. We went with a refund, as we did not want to chance any issues with another coast to coast transport. Our ducklings are growing so fast and are a wonderful addition to the farm. They no longer look like ducklings...”

“About a month ago I ordered 4 runner ducks, two fawn and white and two blue runners. They came two days after being shipped. One didn't make the trip, and another passed a few hours after getting home. The fawn and white runners are the remaining two. I called MPC to let them know about the losses and they gave me the option of them refunding the money or resending the ducklings. I picked resending. They also let me add an additional two ducklings onto my order! I called on Friday and am writing this on Sunday, so my replacement ducks haven't arrived yet, but I was told they will be shipped ASAP. I talked to 3 different people and all were very nice and easy to work with. Despite the losses I 100% recommend ordering!”
