“All 8 of the ducklings arrived on time. One of the runners was very small but I emailed and they got right back to me with how to help her. Now she is thriving and swimming in her pond. Runners are so fun to have and add to the mix. Love the way they run upright .”
“We ordered 2 Runners and 2 White Duclairs. Unfortunately two did not survive the transport (very far coast to coast transport). Customer service was excellent, very prompt with returning emails/chats regarding the chicks that did not make it, as well as helping to identify which two did make it. We were given the choice of a refund or new ducklings to be shipped. We went with a refund, as we did not want to chance any issues with another coast to coast transport. Our ducklings are growing so fast and are a wonderful addition to the farm. They no longer look like ducklings...”
