“We wanted good laying ducks so my son chose one of these ducklings along with 2 pekins. Our Golden 300 duckling, Choc, is sweet, happy and healthy! She is a little over 6 weeks old and fully feathered and cute! She isn't old enough to lay yet so I can't speak on that, but she is great at foraging. She mostly eats from the yard and doesn't require much feed. Absolutely loves to swim and is so fast! She is about half the size of the pekins so not very large. She is very quiet. Doesn't really do and honking or carrying on like our other ducks. This is a great breed if you live in the city or worry about bothering your neighbors. Very happy with our purchase!”

They all show excellent colors, i don't know much about the golden layer 300 as a breed, but my girl is beautiful.
