“DO not buy a coop if you don't have infinite amount of time to wait for it to arrive. I had not received a shipping tracking number, and tried to cancel my order. It hasn't even left the warehouse and they said they cannot cancel it. I could pay $200 to cancel it before it leaves (so they are clearly capable of doing it), but that seemed ridiculous! Buyer beware - do not purchase if you can't wait the two weeks for shipping, or have any possibility or returning. Return shipping is $100+ with a 15% cost of product restocking fee (again, IT HASN'T EVEN LEFT THE WAREHOUSE, and they are telling me to return it once it finally ships - at my expense). Will not be purchasing large items from this company ever again.”
“Took my dad about two hours with help to assemble. He‚Äôs very handy and has always done everything himself- plumbing, auto repairs, home repairs. He thinks it‚Äôs well made so that says something. Only one piece broken in shipping which was replaced quickly by an excellent customer service rep. Still brooding my chicks do nothing to report yet on how they like it. Will use as a daytime chick play pen when they‚Äôre bigger. Quality seems nice. Very happy with how attractive it is. I am a first time chicken keeper so I don‚Äôt know how safe it is but it appears nicely locked down & I like the predator wire for the ground below the coop.”
“We love this coop! So easy to Assemble and easy to care for! We are still gonna build a larger Run off the Gambrel coop! But meanwhile it will be perfect for my Blue Black Splash and lavender and black Orpingtons and 1 Snowy EE, that I purchased from my pet chicken!‚Äù The 5 Girls Hotel ‚Äú lol ! Y‚Äôall are the greatest ! Have awesome Chicken breeds and awesome products! I definitely will be back for whatever chicken needs I have! Not to mention the customer service is great at helping with my questions! I will keep up with staining the coop every end of summer! And if I decide on a larger flock I‚Äôll just get another one of these Gambrel coops!! ü•∞”
