“When I got the ducks the heating pad was ice cold and the water gel was almost none! I was upset to see how they were shipped its a thousand wounders they made it through!! But after getting them home in a warm place with food and water they are doing ok”
“Both ducklings were dead when I picked them up at the Post office and it looked like a terrible violent death.
I was shocked & disappointed with how they were shipped there's no way they would of been able to stay on their feet and they were cold. The heating pad package only had a small corner torn off and was still in the package the gel was spilled everywhere. I was so sad to see the ducklings in the state they were in and I will never subject another duckling to such careless packaging again.”

Our business depends on happy, healthy birds being delivered to their new family. We customize orders based on the conditions the birds will face during their trip; heat pack, extra ventilation, additional bedding, and other safety measures. Unfortunately, as you know, sometimes our best efforts are not enough. In a situation like this, we do offer a full refund or replacement and understand that you opted for a refund.
