This was our first time purchasing a cochin bantam. She is very friendly, and a joy to have. All the chicks we purchased are very healthy, and are thriving very well.

Pepper, my mottled cochin is a sassy girl! But not necessarily aggressive, just assertive! She likes to peck at things she find interesting (like polished nails..lol) and her and my porcelain d'uccle seem to be best buds, yet also size each other up. It's quite funny seeing how small they are and acting so BIG! MPC did a great job with chick shipment and customer service!

Received 6 as part of a larger order. Although they arrived alive, they were very weak. All died within 24 hours.

This is the best chicken, sadly in a mixed flock mine have always been the bottom of the pecking order (even with silkies) but they are also the first to greet me at the gates. I love this bird!!! Please order with 15+ chickens as the postal service has been slow since Covid and Ive only lost chicks with smaller orders.

Of all my bantam babies, she is the sweetest! Her plumage is gorgeous and her feathered feet look like she is wearing fancy slippers. I ordered an assortment of bantams and I am so glad I received a mottled Cochin!

My banty Cochin from mypetchicken.com is four years old. She's the tiniest chicken with the biggest poofy feathers. She's super sweet and cute, but sometimes she DOES have anger issues and chase the much bigger chickens around. She's a keeper.
