A racoon who tried to eat my baby ducklings knocked over the heat bulb (imI used the clamp) it fell into the plastic brooder box with wood shavings, (thank God Ducks are water slobs lol) I woke up to the smell of smoke. It was trying to catch my barn on fire, due to duckling spills it just burned...a lot. I BEG YOU...be safe with these. Yes baby's are warm..but I would rather use instand body warmers than use these bulbs.”
