We do not see a report from you regarding your little ones as they were covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee for 48 hours after their arrival. “My order arrived as scheduled and I picked up the chicks at the post office before sunrise. They were so loud lol. All were alert except for 1. We got to the coop, the brooder plate was already on and it was warm - food, plain water, and electrolyte water awaited them. Even with my best effort, I did lose the one little chick. Shout out to customer service who helped me with a refund. My only wish - I ordered a variety and a photo list of what I received would have been most helpful. I did go back to the site to attempt to figure it out.”

“I love my pet chicken and have had much luck in the past. This time I ended up getting 2 unwanted Roos. Trying to rehome them at this time because I'm not allowed to have them in my neighborhood. Unfortunately my local post office here in FL lost the babies in the mail and they were in the box a day longer then necessary. I ordered 12 and lost one . So because of my loss and the 2 Roos I'm down to 9 perfectly healthy thriving chickens.”
“I ordered 6 of these babies and couldn't be happier. They are such sweethearts. They are now 4 weeks old and are so loving. They know my voice and come running to me, they love to sit on my lap and love to be pet. I just took them out for a field trip to their Coop, they stuck right by my side. Trying to get them used to their Coop and run so I can move them out in a few weeks. I highly recommend these babies and talk to and handle them daily to tame them. They are so precious and am hoping that my girls will give me good eggs eventually.”
