“Split an order with a friend so had 2 other breeds, 5 blue splash, 7 black coppers, and two of this variety pack. Even with just two from the assortment, each was a different breed from the other and the rest of our order: a golden cuckoo and a white! All arrived happy and healthy at the post office by 7am two days after hatching.”
“The black copper Marans were out of stock for my ship date so I went with this assortment in hopes that I still might get one. I ended up with a Blue Splash. I wasn't too disappointed since she is a great bird. Friendly, beautiful, and she has taken on the Sential role in my flock since it lacks a rooster. She does a great job at warning everyone including myself of hawks. She is still getting her "blue splash" feathers and is mostly a cool toned white still. She is very large and started laying medium to dark brown eggs at 25 weeks old. They are not chocolate colored but definitely darker than my other brown layers.”
