We were truly sorry to hear about your experience. Losing chicks is heartbreaking, and it’s clear you took great care in planning for their arrival and providing for them. At My Pet Chicken, we prioritize the safety of shipped chicks by carefully considering weather, chick numbers, and the best methods to protect their health. While we're glad we could provide a refund, we understand it doesn't replace the rare chicks you were expecting. We're constantly working to improve our shipping processes for the safe arrival of all our feathered friends. Your feedback is important, and we'll use it to refine our services. If you have any further concerns, please reach out to us.
We appreciate you sharing with us how your little ones are doing! They are certainly full of energy and will keep their flock keeper on her toes! Though as babies they may be full of energy and seem flighty, the Salmon Faverolles are known to be a calmer breed and will likely become one of the more shy members of your flock. Please let us know if you ever have any questions as we are happy to help!
“no time to see how much we love them. Adorable and friendly but did not survive the journey well. All died within 24hrs of arrival. Customer service however, was excellent and the team was friendly and helpful. Totally reccomend MPC in the future and will return in the spring.”

Your babies sound so adorable! Thank you for letting us know how they are doing and if you ever have any questions or concerns, please let us know. We are happy to be here for you!
“These chicks are very flighty, which I was not expecting. They are friendly too, and feathering out beautifully so far. One of the chicks is missing a toe, so she has 9 which i think is funny. It does not seem to affect her, and it helps me tell the twins apart! I would say as others mention, these are funny birds-because they are nutty! I named them Tipsy and Dipsy because they are clowns.”
Thank you for your fun and thoughtful review! It’s great to hear that your chicks are feathering out beautifully and bringing some humor to your flock with their quirky personalities. Tipsy and Dipsy sound like a delightful pair, and we’re glad to know the missing toe hasn’t slowed her down—it’s a perfect way to tell them apart! We hope they continue to bring joy and laughter to your flock. Thanks for sharing their story with us!
Your photo of the baby is so cute! Thank for sharing and letting us know how they are doing! We hope that we will continue to be your choice for your flock and their care needs - psst - and we have some great items for the keepers as well!
