“Cute, healthy, active and curious chicks in a variety of colors, but unfortunately they are the most aggressive breed I've raised so far. 2 of 5 chicks were so bad I had to step in to stop them from tearing off other chicks' wings as they were literally dragging them screaming across the cage. 1 of those settled down in time, but the other I had to separate and put in time-out for hours at a time (had to do that twice) and is now well-adjusted. I've known Polishes that were like this as chicks too so it's not unnatural, just stressful and unexpected considering how adorable they are.”
