Instructions needs to be better on how to set it up. Had to go through google to understand it. Wish it had a better battery life or different system. Going to be eating batteries like crazy. Had it a week already have half power on batteries

This works great for about a month. Good night started having issues where it would say the battery was running out and it wouldn’t open the door even though I just replace the battery. This happened 506 times. And then about 10 months after purchase it’s just stopped working entirely

The chicken guard did not work. So I contacted the company in England and they were quick to respond. I have received a new mechanism which due to the weather I have yet to install. We will see if this one work.

For the plastic coupe that I had purchased this door was highly recommended on the website. Unfortunately the way that coop door is set up the outer rim of the door wouldn't sit flat so I ended up having to fabricate wood on the sides to hold everything together.

The system seemed easy to install and of good quality. I did return it as the door size is only 10 inches and would not fit over the 14 inch door we have.

Easy to set up, works great. Just what we needed. MN is to cold to go out at 6 am to open the door.

Setup was easy. Nice to have an automatic opener/closer. However, the door gets messed up at least once a week. Likely user error or could be the chickens bumping it in the morning when the door is opening and they’re anxious to get out. Hopefully can figure it out soon.
