“The wire hoops that hold the cups can hang from any size hardware cloth you've got. They are sturdy and stay in place while the stainless steel cups can get lifted out to clean and refill.
You can place them as high as they need to be to stay out of the dirt and bedding that gets scratched and flies around. And the stainless is easy to wipe out occasionally.
I use one for grit, one for oyster shells and one for eggshells. They're the first cage cups that haven't made me frustrated and nutz. And the hens haven't complained about them once!”
