“My goodness, where has this been my whole life?! I've brooded a lot of chicks, and I've tried a lot of different methods (water troughs, kiddie pools, boxes, dogs crates etc). Since I was unhappy with each one, I finally decided it was best to customize and make my own chick brooders from scratch using cardboard, a dog X-pen and butcher paper. Unfortunately, it was a really time-consuming, messy process and got thrown in the trash when it was time to move the chicks into the coop. But this chick brooder is amazing. It pops up in seconds and is ready to go, cleans like a breeze and folds down for easy storage. Whoever invented this was a genius! I couldn't possibly recommend it enough. Also, if you have kids who like to sit in the brooder with your chicks, this brooder is great because you can zip the opening up, let the kids sit with the chicks, and then just zip it closed when the kiddos are done. Brilliant!”

“I absolutely love this pop up brooder! I have a toddler and I was very worried about him being around the chicks we were getting from MPC. Most of the pop up brooders I have seen have been super flimsy looking. This one is built like a tank. I set the brooder up two weeks ahead of time to get my little man use to it. By the time the chicks came he was over the excitement of the big blue “thing” in the dinning room. He didn’t even realize we had chicks for a few days. Once he did the chicks were completely safe. We just made sure to put the little side door against a wall so he couldn't get to it. He has enjoyed watching the chicks through the mesh on the sides and the top. I’ve enjoyed knowing the chicks have been safe from a sweet toddler trying to share his toys and snacks. Thanks MPC!”

“Was so excited to get our Pop-Up Brooder, and then was so disappointed. The first time I attempted to zip the top onto the brooder the zipper fell apart. I would have immediately returned it had I not already had chicks on the way. I was able to finesse the zipper onto the two pieces and zip them together, but am not confident that it will hold even though I did sew the back pieces together in hopes to keep the zipper from splitting apart.”
