“I only started using the Dethatcher last month and applied it two (2) times so far. In most of the lawn I can see an improvement that the water is getting down further in the soil. There are only a few spots that I think the Aerify solution seems needed. In the last two images the grass is still thinner and when I spade in that area I don't feel it's a thatch problem because the soil is very sandy and the 90+ summer days it creates a baked tension that the water runs away as the lawn is sloping more in the front area. See last the last two images compared to the first.

“I live in western NY and have a typical cool season grass mixture of Blue/Rye/Fescue that with regular over seeding and 10-6-4 fertilizer is very lush but I don't bag my clippings and have noticed the dead brown grass clippings are noticeable in the grass after I mow, I cut at 3" mower height.
I applied the Biological Dethatcher a few days ago about 7:30 am with a heavy due on the lawn with my hose end sprayer set at 2 oz. per gallon setting. Early afternoon the same day we got a typical summer thunder storm with hard rain for about 20 minutes, I would consider that rain a good watering in of the Biological Dethatcher into my lawn.
The next day the lawn had a more vibrant green color, the mixture of this product really woke my lawn up. Morning of the 3rd day and it seems that the dead brown grass is diminishing already.
There is definitely a good case to use a natural product like this, going to put this on my lawn a few times each growing season and going the try the liquid aerator product in a couple of weeks and hope for the same good results.”
