“I am very unhappy with this AEG Mastery oven which I have mentioned to Ophelia several times before. I originally ordered a top-of-the-range Neff steam oven Neff B5AVM7HH0B Built In Electric Single Oven with added Steam Function - Stainless Steel - A × 1. I was persuaded by the sales lady Ophelia to have this one due to its availability. I do not enjoy using it and it takes an age each time to switch onto the correct settings. There is also a permanent bright white mark located between the two sealed glass door panes which is continuing to get bigger as the months pass.”
