“I was pleased and impressed with the level of communication from NE Appliances with regard to the stove I ordered. It was held up due to the perfect storm of Covid-19 employee illness and self-isolation, shortage of containers, shortage of HGV drivers, shortage of micro chips etc. However, NE Appliances seemed to be able to get hold of this particular model and delivered it within weeks as opposed to other retailers who were quoting 2022!”
