“We ordered the Indesit fridge Freezer but on the day it was due to be delivered we were told it was out of stock and the nearest alternative was £60 dearer. As we had waited in all day for delivery we then had to pay for the alternative Montepellier model. As it was needed urgently we agreed the delivery for prior to 11 two days later. On the day we were told deliveries were busy and it would be between 12 and 1300. Not great and as no longer on gloucester rd not easy to get hold of NE to deal with the issue.”
