“Despite the item being scratched on arrival I never received a call to discuss. Other than this the item is as hoped and fits perfectly replacing the old Neff fridge/freezer. It's a shame they have got rid of the small drawer which was great for packets of ham, pate etc.”
“after having had a faultless American-made whirlpool for 22 years, I was very disappointed that the ice maker (the main reason for buying this fridge type) decided to stop functioning (no water supply to Ice cups, even though the water dispenser works ok)) a few weeks after purchase. What compounded the disappointment was the fact that it would take 5 weeks to get an engineer out to fix. NE Appliances were great in their delivery and sales service but NEFF need to up their game re their engineer support.”
