“The appliance is fine,our customer care was not good,we were sent wrong appliance,we had to go for different make which gave us another problem as doors we had specially made would not fit so we had to get more made.
So it was not a good experience,although the ladies in your office were as helpful as they could be.
All this occured because order was not placed properly by your sales team.
