“You have to put on the handles yourself and they are very bad quality. The delivery driver told us that they are very tricky to assemble due to their bad quality and are easily broken”
“Fridge freezer arrived significantly damaged but was told to use it whilst waiting for a replacement. Shelf inside door was cracked due to door handles being poorly packaged in there. And there were two nasty dents on the doors. Nice looking but cheaply made, as reflected in the price. The freezer worked fine but the fridge was useless. Even on the coldest setting, food and drink stored inside weren’t cool enough. Food stuffs were lukewarm. We cancelled the replacement and had a refund. (Eventually!)
