“We have had problems from the start with regard to the fitting of the integrated fridge/freezer. Firstly there were no hinges to fit to the cabinet doors when the appliance was delivered. We had to wait two weeks for them to be fitted. Once fitted the door of the freezer kept springing open when the top fridge door was closed. We now have to keep the freezer door closed with a door stop!! We have reported this to you and a fitter is coming on Monday to hopefully rectify the problem. So not very happy with our new appliance at the moment.”
