“Very mixed feelings on this product. The washer seems inflexible as far as choosing my own settings and the dryer works only on very hot so now I can't dry my items that say "cool dry". The cycles also take forever, four hours on average. I wouldn't be buying this again. The only thing I like is my clothes seem to come out softer.”
