“Product is great. Company not quite so good. They rang and said that the vehicle had broken down the day it was supposed to be delivered. I had taken a day off work so asked if there was anyway they could sort. Great news? They rang to say it was being collected by another vehicle and would be with me. When the vehicle arrived they said it was a lie and had been on their vehicle all day. They had tried to cancel as too many visits booked. The bloke that delivered was incredibly annoyed when he arrived and said he’d be handing his notice in the next week. They weren’t expecting to fit the product (even though paid for) so was even more annoyed. Then they left, the product leaked everywhere when put to use that night because they’d not tightened all the pipe work correctly. Luckily I was able to do this myself. Great product, not so great company.”
