“I purchased this to replace my old Capel tumble dryer, and because it was so brilliant, I went to a lot of trouble to source another Capel. I had not realised that it was driven by a heat pump, my fault entirely of course, but my old vented one would dry a full load within 1 hour. Most settings run for approximately 2.30 hours, and the towels are still quite damp, so need to be air dried separately after tumble drying. I am very disappointed and would not recommend.”
