“The machine provides satisfactory results but tends to cause sheets and duvet covers to roll up in a ball which means that at the end of a cycle they are still damp. I think the machine would benefit from an anti-crease cycle whereby the drum occasionally goes into reverse action. Currently, I have to stand guard and manually untangle each ball as it forms.”
