“waited more than a month for delivery. When it arrived, there was a power cord and light controller, but no neon light. Company has not responded to emails. A waste of money.
UPDATE-finally got the light from May 6 on August 3. Light is great, bright and beautiful. The shipping experience through FedEx was awful, but that's a separate issue. Once I finally got the light (and paid for 2x shipping AND extra holding fees) it was great to finally see it hanging on the wall.”
