“Sign didn't work, they were so slow to fix the issue. It's been days and I haven't heard anything. Event is coming up and sign doesn't work. I've done everything they've asked as far as taking videos to show it's not working. Communication is so slow.”

“I ordered a sign spending over $300 and only got half of the sign. I reached out to them and they said they delievered it and I had to again tell them I did not recieve it. Then they said they had to investigate it and would get back to me in 24-36hour that turned into 4 days for them to confirm they had not sent it and it has now been over a week and I still have not gotten other part of sign. In the time after ordering I got a quote on another sign and they matched lowest price so I went with them. That was March 6th for over $800. When I started having problems with first sign I asked about status of second sign and they basically hadn't started. These signs were for my business opening and now I have nothing. They still haven't completed any of my purchases. Will never order again from them.”

“Sign took way longer to be delivered that what was stated. In addition, when it arrived it did not work. Customer support was not very helpful and had to troubleshoot on our own. Ultimately, I determined the power block was faulty. Customer support made it very difficult to try and get a new one so I ended up just buying a new one from a different company.”
