“I was so happy when I received it. The packaging was incredibly tight so it was completely protected. Whoever packaged it could’ve mailed an egg! It came with pre-drilled holes so I could hang it and I don’t have a picture of it right now because it’s packed away from my daughters bridal shower, but it is one of my favorite things! “I first received the wrong sign. I ordered a pink “playroom” sign. I received “rcj atom” in red. I contacted customer service (I offered to send that sign back but they told me to dispose of it) and they ended up sending me the correct sign however when I received it they didn’t send the adapter (which turns it on) remote or hardware (the hardware was an extra $15) so I contacted customer service again. At first they didn’t want to send me those 3 items (I had to fight and show proof of emails and send photos and multiple emails) but I was like the sign is worthless without the adapter so they finally agreed but it took another week to get here (and it arrived without installation instructions). Everything ships from India and I’m in the USA- so again from ordering the very first sign throughout the entire ordeal was about a month long. Well after getting my new sign out I noticed the acrylic has really jagged edges (some even sharp) and on the “y” in “playroom” is missing the pink overlay so the lights are just white. I’m exhausted after this entire ordeal to mess with it. The only thing I can say is customer service was always prompt to respond.”
