I am very upset with my experience with neon signs. The ship date and delivery date said to be here before Christmas (it was not). When I did finally receive the package it was the WRONG sign....I am still waiting for the replacement to arrive it is now January 19th, 2024

The sign is great! It was a gift for a 12 year old boy and he could not have been more thrilled. Order early. It took longer than stated but it was a little late for Christmas.

Though I love the sign, the customer service and time it took to get was unacceptable. I placed my order at the beginning of December so that there was plenty of time to have it by Christmas. I checked on the progress on the 18th and it still hadn't been started, even though the shipping information said expected delivery was on the 18th. When I messaged the company, they told me that it was in progress. I made it very clear that I needed it for Christmas morning because it was a very big Christmas gift. They told me that they would expedite it and it would be here. Long story short, it did not get to my house until the day after Christmas. As much as he loved the sign, it was lovely, it not being here as a gift as expected was very disappointing.

First order and very impressed. They kept us apprised of the progress even sending a video when the sign reached the testing phase. They advised us that the sign likely would not arrive in time for Christmas but then it did! All of our inquiries were answered promptly. The sign was great and the recipient loved it. Would absolutely purchase from them again.
