I placed an order for a sign for my business and the sign showed up damaged. I reached out to customer support for a solution and they were rude and wouldn't help me unless I sent a video of what was going on. Upon sending a video, I was ghosted and never heard back from them. Absolute waste of money and time. I would NEVER recommend this company for signs.

I contacted customer service because the power supply to the sign stop working after a few emails back-and-forth they sent me the wrong power supply and when I called to let them know I never got a response. I will not do business with them again. customer service means everything.

To begin, communication is not all that great. Getting a reply via direct message on the neonchamp instagram page is impossible. I had to call a few times to finally get useful information regarding the status of my order. Finally a week after receiving my sign the rubber letters began to fall off. I was able to push them back in to the grooves but an unsure of how long they will stay in place.

Product is cheap and flimsy and will not arrive in a reasonable amount of time. Customer service is basically nonexistent. They even went as far as sending me the wrong tracking number so I was tracking another clients package and by the time they sent me my own, it was to learn that I would not receive my item by my need by date. Pure GARBAGE.
