“The signs themselves turned out great and its very cool to be able to design a customized sign. We bought two signs, but one of the remote controls didn't work. Customer service was not easy to get in touch with (mainly communicating by email, no working phone number). Ultimately, someone from customer service did respond by email and said that we needed submit a video to prove that the remote didn't work. These remotes probably cost $1-$2. When a customer spends several hundred dollars on an order, just send a new one.”

“After a lot of searching online for a very specific neon sign that would be in English and Welsh I chose NeonChamp.
The online designing process was systematic and easy. The choices of fonts and colours was impressive.
My order qualified for 15% off and a free gift - which turned out to be a very big bright pink neon crown, unexpected and worth quite a bit.
My custom sign was exactly like I'd designed and very well made.
The delivery was quick and the amount of packaging and protection was astonishing.
The remote control is so much fun, many modes and bright levels.
The sign is perfect for it's intended use.
The only cautioun I would give is that I ordered the hanging kit for £12 (which is top quality) because I thought it necessary. But I discovered the sign was less than 2kg and could be hung with 2 large screw in hooks
and strong cord.”

“As a Canadian business, we purchased a sign believing that the power adapters were UL certified (as the Neon Champ website suggests) and CSA approved. After receiving our sign, we were not permitted to hang the sign in a Candian business as the adapter and sign were both not CSA approved. Canadian business and home buyers beware - there are consequences for Canadian purchasers given regulations. Then additionally when information regarding the adapters and sign were requested to try and achieve CSA approval, customer service was very hard to get a hold of, was unresponsive (chat is the only option, which doesn't get you very far), or provided insufficient information. Additionally, one of the LED controllers we received was faulty and to receive a replacement many hoops had to be jumped through, including the sending in of videos which often didn't work on Neon Champ's end. While eventually we did receive a controller, the overall experience was not great.
Sign looks great, too bad we can't legally use it.
The company appears to be located in Toronto but items are made overseas and shipped to Canada - no regulatory oversight.”

“The sign arrived promptly and looked great except that a small part had come “undone”. I reached out immediately to customer service who replied that it was an easy fix and instructed how to bend it back into place. I have not installed the light yet (although when plugged in it glows perfectly) as I haven’t been able to get the light to bend back into place yet.”
