“The wiring on the sign is broken and the sign does not work. i just hung it up in a seasonal pop up and there is no way for them to address this issue before my pop up ends. Customer service is very hard to work with.”

“I was lucky enough to eventually receive my sign but it was far past the promised date. The cord for it came separately from India and wrapped in about 40 layers of tape, I had no idea what it was and it took about 20 minutes to unwrap. The sign is OK. The website chat and phone numbers are both fake.
I do not recommend unless you don't really need a sign and just want to gamble.”
