It Works good. They have the alphabet style selection. which we can choose as per the requirements.

After over a month of reaching out to this company I have lost hope I will ever get my HUNDREDS of dollars back. My sign arrived with faulty wiring and will not work. I have reached out via email, call, form submission and voicemail. All of which have been either ignored or ghosted me after a few responses. When you call the company’s phone, it rings for 10+ minutes and when answered they will tell you “that has to be taken care of via email” when emails aren’t responded to.

I was very impressed with how my sign turned out . The colors are exactly as I chose and the design is really attractive. It was easy to set up and it works seamlessly. It looks professional too.

They did not make the sign as requested and made changes to the ask without consulting me. When approached about rectifying it they neither provided a refund nor offered to remake the sign. Do not go here!

I’ve bought other custom signs from other retailers. The quality of the sign I received was significantly less well made. The power outlet connector was smashed during shipping. I wouldn’t buy from this company again.

I have been trying to get support on this neon sign since I bought it. The holes they drilled to hang it on the wall are too small for the brackets they provided. The space between the words are not representative of what was shown on the website. The sign turns on by itself for no reason. And the support keeps sending me around and around providing no real support and not answering any of my questions.
