“The sign itself was fine and worked as promised. The issue I had was I paid the extra $45.00 for shipping to ensure it would be here on a Thursday as I needed the sign Saturday. They deliver the sign on Friday…. Didn’t seem to bad but wait.. there is MORE!!! When I opened the box, there was NO PLUG which means I couldn’t USE the sign. The plug arrived on MONDAY!!! I was hosed out of the “ guaranteed shipping” and had to refund a client. Like I said, sign was fine but DON’T waste your money on the shipping.”

“The signs themselves turned out great and its very cool to be able to design a customized sign. We bought two signs, but one of the remote controls didn't work. Customer service was not easy to get in touch with (mainly communicating by email, no working phone number). Ultimately, someone from customer service did respond by email and said that we needed submit a video to prove that the remote didn't work. These remotes probably cost $1-$2. When a customer spends several hundred dollars on an order, just send a new one.”
