I loved the sign they gave me and it worked for about 10 minutes before the power brick went out. I've called a few times, sent multiple emails, and I haven't heard back about a replacement part. Very sad and frustrating. But the sing was in good condition when I ordered it.

We received the massage sign. It came with the wrong plug no remote and no hardware to hang it. I did contact the company. Y’all are supposed to be sending it, but I have not received it yet so when I receive it, I will give another review. Thank you, Tina.

The light is super cute and looks great in my daughter’s dorm room. My only issue is I specifically asked what I would need to hang the light, without using screws. They told me I would need their hanging kit that costs $25. When we got the light in we realize the hanging kit options all have to be screwed into the wall, which isn’t allowed in a college dorm. We easily put it up with command strips, bu now I’m out $25 for nothing. I didn’t have $25 hanging around to waste. I would probably use another company next time.

Upon shipment, the power cord and transformer never worked. I contacted Customer Support and never received a reply. I still cannot power on my sign. Requesting a full refund from my credit card company.

I ordered 3 duplicate signs. Received confirmation that I ordered 3 signs. I received one of them. I reached out immediately to let them know the importance of getting the other 2 as these were for a trade show booth. They informed me the other 2 had shipped. I asked for shipping confirmation. Days went by and nothing. I reached out again and they told me they delivered. I asked for delivery confirmation. Days went by with nothing. I reached out again and they told me they would have to reprint them. I then went back in forth getting very slow responses for a week until they told me they couldn't get them to me in time for my tradeshow. They had a full week to get them to me. I asked for a refund for the 2 that didn't ship and I still haven't heard anything back. I went to CRAZY NEON and ordered the signs and received the in time. DO NOT USE NEON CHAMP!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
