The customer service is terrible. They refused to exchange the sign when asked to fix their mistake. I ordered a turquoise sign and received a white sign. They have yet to remedy this solution. I also needed another sign for my son but will not be purchasing from them again.

I ordered from Neon Signs because of their prices and reviews. The sign is beautiful...perfect...amazing. Then it stopped working. I reached out via email and didn't hear back. I called, spoke to someone, and got an email reply the same day. The solution worked (a new remote) and the sign is making people smile in our little shop. I would recommend, and I would use again.

The sign looks great once it was cleaned. It was delivered in great packaging but the sign itself was pretty dirty. My main complaint is the remote doesn't work. When I turn it on it will not stop flashing. I worked through the instructions to get it to just light up and it would not work.

The sign looks amazing and is exactly what I was looking for. Pricing was incomparable and the quality is fantastic. The company was so thoughtful as to send me a video of the sign (turned on, showing off the controls) before they shipped it to me. You do not get that kind of service anywhere else. All in all, I highly recommend NeonChamp (10/10!!!)

We were trying to get a neon sign ordered with a somewhat long quote for our office. I looked at SEVERAL websites before I found Neon Champ and the signs were significantly more expensive. I almost gave up on the neon sign idea. Neon Champ is very resonably priced, the sign came so safely packaged it was hard to get open, and the sign looks AMAZING! It looks a little dirty in the photo because we keep moving it around the office to see if we want to add any more neon signs because this one turned out so nice. I can't recommend Neon Champ enough.

Not only was the signs I ordered really great, the customer service was amazing. I ordered 3 signs, one came with part of one letter not lighting up and they immediately sent out a brand new sign. I was shocked at how quickly they fixed the issue. I will for sure be ordering more and I have been telling everyone I know that this is the best place to work with.
