I emailed both New Earth Life Sciences' support line and Rick Scheyer, asking to cancel the order. I received ABSOLUTELY no response from either party, even after being assured that both were there to support me. A few days later I received the order. I kept the order because I should know better to order anything on an unknown website. I will try to see if family or friends can use them, but I definitely will not be ordering from you again.”
