“Since 1999, taking more than 2 or 3 tablets daily have never been effective. Years ago it was common to learn what amount was effective for each person. I took 7 tablets daily - pills are too big to swallow even with water. 7 tabs worked great - helping me to have wonderful life for years, until the recent product option change. This could be disasterous for both parties. I could no longer use the products and could not recommend them to others.”
