“I ordered a pair of trousers for my son. He couldn't get them on as they were too small. So I sent them back. I received a phone call telling me as they had been worn he couldn't take them back.
Absolutely no way as he couldn't get them on!
Was told they were dirty.... I. E covered in fluff?? They came out the bag, tried on, straight back in the bag.
Then I was told the label had been taken off.... Wtaf? I done have any way of reattaching a label and why would I take it off?
Point blank refused to give a refund! Was very rude and I stated he should send them back to me..... I'm still waiting
