The fleece inserts along the thumb on the outer space of the glove is useful to wipe glasses, phone, nose. The material on the finger tips makes using a smartphone effortless. The palm structure provides excellent grip. Using binoculars was super easy. As for sizing, pay careful attention to the sizing guide. I measured my hands as per instructions. I was at the limit of small or beginning of a medium. I opted for small. Pardon the pun “they fit like a glove” quite snug to put on or take off but nice fit when on.
