The service from New Forest was exemplary. Ordered on the Sunday with free packing and carriage to the Isle of Man ( the Isle of Man is so often used as an excuse for excessive delivery charges because suppliers will insist on using couriers instead of the Royal Mail). That is first Star!
Standard delivery was quoted as 5 days - I could pay for 2 day service - I took standard and the parcel arrived 3 days later - that's the second Star. The quality of the coat is particularly good, and represents extremely good value for money. The "Hunting Vest" is also fair quality though not quite as good a standard as the coat, it still gets a Star and the coat gets 2. Hence a well earned 5 Stars.
