“The jacket ordered arrived very quickly and proved to be an excellent fit due to the guidance provided on size. It was very pleasing that this jacket was of a long length in the back and sleeves. The jacket is well made and looks good. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to purchase from New Forest Clothing again.”
“I cannot fault the purchasing and fulfilment from NewForest - from ordering to delivery was about three days which I felt was really efficient. There was however a bit of a niggle with the clothing itself which was presumably sent as sealed by the manufacturer so not the fault of the retailer. On unwrapping and inspection one of the hand warmer pockets was unfinished inside with what can only be described as nodules of melted plastic adhering to the edges. It looks like it can be sorted out but It's a bit of a nuisance to have to repair a brand new item - but less so than having to wrap it all up again and go through the bother of returning.”
