“This is a very modestly priced garmemt and the reasons can be seen in the poor quality plastic zip- which is one of those that needs to be exactly aligned before it will work. The lining is also very thin and the external pockets do not have studs on them It is perfectly good value for money, is nice and long, with a good hood and leg fastenings, but if you need something more robust spend another £30/40. As regards sizing, if you intend to wear it in winter you will need a thick jumper, so size accordingly.”
“Well made product except vent at the back is rucked so the coat hang a bit funny. Other than that it’s a really good value. I have to use crutches to walk with my dog so cannot use an umbrella, this coat will keep me warm and dry this winter. I’m looking forward to lots of walks. Great Service. Thanks”
“I bought this coat for my husband, it arrived promptly and when he tried it on it fitted perfectly. We were very happy, reasonable quality for the price and a great length.
However, after the first time he wore it properly he couldn’t get the zip undone. I thought that maybe he hadn’t done it up correctly but this has happened on subsequent occasions and now he just uses the poppers.
I would have returned it but I had thrown away the labels and packaging, the returns policy is quite clear.”
