“Wore this today when I was out in the rain for over an hour and it's 100% waterproof which is great. I've bought Janet's in the past that claim to be waterproof but aren't. Length is great and keeps my legs dry as well. Will be good in high winds as well I think. I got a bigger size than I needed and the arms are a little long but the elastic wrists are ideal.
